For a successful car rental, you must provide several key documents: an ID card or passport, a valid driver’s license that must have been issued at least 2 years before the rental (and translated into English if it’s not in Latin script), and a credit card in the name of the person renting the vehicle. The deposit will be blocked on the card and fully refunded if the car is returned in good condition. Debit cards are not accepted. Without these documents, the rental is not possible.
Usually, the vehicle needs to be returned to the same location where it was picked up. However, it is possible to return it to a different location by prior arrangement and with an additional fee for vehicle delivery to the destination. We recommend informing us in advance about the planned change of return location so we can ensure the availability of the service.
Basic insurance includes coverage for damage to the vehicle in case of an accident or collision, with a deductible depending on the type of vehicle. This option covers basic liability but is not comprehensive. For additional safety and to reduce your own liability, you can choose extra insurance options such as CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TP (Theft Protection), or PAI (Personal Accident Insurance).
If the vehicle is not returned on the agreed date and time, late return fees will apply. The fee depends on the duration of the delay, and the amount is calculated on a daily basis. We recommend notifying us in advance if you are going to be late to avoid unnecessary charges.
The vehicle is allowed to be used only within the borders of the Republic of Croatia, unless otherwise specifically arranged and approved for use abroad. If you plan to travel outside of Croatia, be sure to inform us so that we can provide all necessary documents and insurance.
Drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to additional insurance fees, known as the “young driver fee.” These fees typically cover the additional insurance costs specific to drivers in this age group. The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 21, and the minimum driving experience required is 2 years.

If you damage the vehicle during the rental period, you will be responsible for the repair costs according to the insurance terms. If you have selected additional insurance, the damage will be covered according to the contract terms, but a deductible and/or out-of-pocket expenses may apply.
If an accident or breakdown occurs, please notify us immediately. Also, make sure to inform the police, especially in the case of an accident, and request an accident report. Our roadside assistance is available 24/7 to address any issues. In case of a breakdown, you are responsible for repairs not caused by normal vehicle use.

Yes, most of our vehicles are equipped with winter tires during the winter months. If you are traveling to mountainous or snowy areas, we recommend checking the necessary driving conditions. In case of extreme weather conditions, we advise responsible behavior and adherence to all traffic regulations.
If you wish to return the vehicle outside of working hours, please notify us in advance. Returning the vehicle may incur additional charges, depending on the terms. Our location may have a system in place for after-hours returns, but it is important to ensure that all conditions, such as a full fuel tank, are met.
